I've been playing this (used some of my amazon coins for it). It's actually great on mobile. Really easy to control and good fun.

Get worms 2. In three they've introduced 3 types of worms instead of one, the normal ones, a light one and a heavy one. Other than that from memory 3 had more bugs
I don't know, but Worms 2 on PC was awesome. Used to spend hours creating maps to play friends in. Concrete donkeys everywhere!
it's been $1 for ages and goes on sale quite regularly, so don't feel the need to buy it now if you can't
