Would you rather we let them go free?

      Welcome to the real world

Would you prefer a submarine or a battleship?

better with one of these on than having a floater or something else if they aren't eating solids…. :)
NOTE: Those with babies will get this!

NOTE: Those with babies will get this!

        All too often!!! ;)

    • Our local pool calls them "Yellow Alerts" and "Brown Alerts". A "Brown alert" closes the pool down.

      This stops "Brown Alerts"!

Adults pee in pools, people with diseases go to pools. Fingal infections etc. A child using a nappy to protect you from swimming next to a shit is nothing compared to what you're really swimming with.

A Troll ignored is a troll neutralised (cane toads)

      • Reported is even better. PainToad's comment is now unpublished :D

        • Not a big fan of censorship…
I'd rather comments, no matter how silly, be left for all to see!

        • @Snoop:

I'm not into censorship either as people should be allowed to make their own choices.

I reported it as calling children 'vermin' sounds more like trolling than useful discussion

          @gummibear:
Not all children are vermin. Just those who have useless parents. Unfortunately this is the vast majority.

        • +1

@PainToad: I must out myself as a bad parent because I couldn't train my one year old child to not crap while at the pool one time. I always told her not to do it, but one day she did. but she was wearing swim pants, so her turd didn't float away into PainToad's swimming lane.

  • Has anyone received their freebie from when this deal was last posted?

    • Yes, and multiple others since.

    • Yeah I claim this every year (well I stopped when our first child out grew them, but since making the mistake of a second I am back on the yearly huggies sample trek) and they always arrive fairly quickly

Seeing it crop up on OzB is how I remember to do it once a year

    • Maybe not from that post, but a couple of other times we have!

  • I haven't, but others have. :)

  • These are always free, it is a dupe

There should be a link in the wiki, it's not a bargain…

    • Agreed, but it's good to be reminded. And as we now have a pool, (and a couple of other houses that I have a mail divert on), this'll come in handy again… and again… and again! :)

      • +3

Agreed, but it's good to be reminded.

Set a recurring reminder in your calendar, that would be more reliable than waiting 'just in case' someone reposts it…

        • +3

Suprisingly, jv proposes a valid point.

        • Set a recurring reminder

Sounds like too much work, "I have always depended on the kindness of strangers."

    • I did know that we could get normal nappies, but I didn't realise that we could get a free swimmers to try.

  • My wife has tried to get this before no samples received

    Good luck

  • Looks like you'll need a valid email as they send an activation email..

  • Can someone tell me, what is the advantage of these over regular swimmers? Do they actually release less ummm… stuff into the pool?

    • I find normal nappies disintegrate if you stay in the pool too long. These nappies are tougher, still not sure how it would keep a floater in the nappy tho, luckily none of my kids have ever done a poo in the pool.

  • thanks, good for summer.

  • +1

"Swimpants (14 kg & over)" Well I suppose that'd be my size

  • Never arrive for the past 3 years or post man looting or someone taking it out of our mailbox.

    • +2

Those damn letter box thieves get younger all the time…

  • Free sample arrived yesterday.

  • Free, sif not so!
