    So how does this work. if you were to go with the largest plan which offers free domain name and you get a free domain name the are you eligible to keep that domain if you downgrade or move to another location based plan

      I received the domain transfer password by email I think it is eligible to keep the domain or transfer it.

      There are some silly people who are registering a new domain name with their order of LAX-SOHO-3 but they are registering the same domain as they used for the hosting. Obviously if you do this, you are not transferring an existing website to us (as the offer clearly states) because you've only just registered the domain name for it! We are checking every order as they come through and those orders will end up being invoiced out at the full price. So please stick to the guidelines for this offer, the website MUST be currently hosted somewhere else.

        On second thoughts, instead of opening ourselves up to be accused to trying to "trap" anybody, I have temporarily disabled the free domain option on the SOHO-3 plan at this time. For those who have already placed orders with a free domain, enjoy your free hosting and domain. :)

    1. why lax and not mel?

    2. do is till pay a domain transfer fee? I need to transfer two domains over (the .com parked and redirects to the .com.au)
