Thanks OP, might be worth mentioning mentioning that the 3DS eShop version is going for $16.95 for those looking for a softcopy. Having said that, I posted the beatthebomb deal a while back when the cartridge version went down to $8, so $16.95's not really that much of a deal. RE:Mercenaries 3D on 3DS is also $4.95 on eShop.
