Free shipping is a comparative bargain on ThinkGeek.
Not if the items can be bought cheaper elsewhere…
They have many exclusive items that can't be bought at all elsewhere:
I bought two tuan tuan sleeping bags for my niece and nephew and saved a bomb on shipping from the US to the UK. The boxes they came in were HUGE. This is a potential massive saving if buying the right product
yep. I bought two star wars stools and some other stuff on their last free shipping (I should have waited for the 25% off dammit). The cost of postage would have been $130 on $200 of items. So I saved a significant amount.
For a deal comparison this is reasonably equivalent to their 30% off sale. I placed a few orders this month and for $150-$200 orders the 30% off discount generally beat the shipping charge by about $10US.
any bargains ?
