Hi guys
just wondering if anyone has had any trouble with miniin the box -
i ordered a couple of iPhone 6 items and its been well over their 10-20 business days delivery - i am ok with the delay in delivery due to the holiday season -
but what upsets me is the tracking huber they have provided is incorrect and to top it off their order details page doesn't even list the option to be able to submit a query - as described in the FAQ's.
I sent a query to them thru the website and they just keep hand balling me!
so after the sheer frustration i have just called up my bank and told them to cancel my credit card and dispute the transaction based on goods not received..
its really pathetic the way the are conducting their business practices, no one seems to want to handle the complaint :(
did anyone else experience something of the like??
