5% Discounted Woolworths Gift Cards from Cash Rewards

So I'm very new to Cash Rewards have just been taking advantage of the 5% off woolworths gift cards. But you obviously don't earn cash rewards for those. Are there any companies associated that pay cash rewards for gift card purchases ?

  Buy a Wish Card less than 100 at Woolworths and pay using ING Paywave card for 2% ?
