I've just started jogging in the last 2 months and the Nike's I have are terrible for support.
A friend recommended Asics Kayano's but they are a tad on the expensive side, does anyone have a recommendation for a pair of joggers for around $150 or less?

When I jog I just look for patches of grass for the extra support, and I wear my $12 big w Emerson runners as I go.
But I'mnot a serious jogger , if you do ssome serious running or jogging, do invest in better runners lol
I always use wiggle.com.au for shoes. The best option is go in to Rebel or Athletes foot to have a chat and find out sizes, then order from wiggle, I always find the cheapest prices there!
As for shoes I use inov8's but that is because I like the small heel/toe drops, if you want support the asics are pretty good.
Buy the first pair bricks and mortar then once you know the size buy online. IMO is a bit scuzzy to try in store knowing you will buy online.
I don't think any ozbargainers pay more than about $120 for kayano's. I just had my latest air (20's) delivered last week for around $120 from amazon (with amex deal).
Do a site search here, there are regular deals on them. You just need to know your size.
Also, don't try to get the latest mode (21) if you want a bargain. I doubt there is much difference anyway.
