usually and the replacement program depends on available stock but from previous experience I have always received a replacement for lost/damaged issues
This is a great option but have found that for most runs, if your prepared to wait marvel will release a trade paperback/graphic novel that covers 4-6 issues as they tend to be doing story arcs allot more these days
