Remember, it's all part of Optus Movies where you can get $10 Hoyts adult movie vouchers and other great offers all year round.

JUST A FEW SMALL STEPS AND YOU’LL BE OFF TO THE BIG SCREEN.

Choose your favourite cinema, fill in your details, pay for your vouchers and you can exchange them for cinema tickets.

Your vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for movie tickets to standard sessions (except after 5pm on Saturday)

Choose from evouchers (we’ll email them to you) or postal vouchers, which we’ll send to you or someone you choose, in the mail. (Sorry some of the smaller cinemas offer just one delivery option, either email or postal)

  • Do you get two vouchers that can be used at separate times?- or is it the one ticket for two..

    • they should be separate tickets

Might not be for everyone but if you drink coke buy 10 bottles of coke (not cans) and you can use the tokens off them to get a hoyts movie voucher from coke rewards.

only if you drink coke and dont mind buying 10 bottle (10 codes = 100 tokens)

    • Coke tokens for normal tickets.

If they had a decent offer on gold class I'd consider paying for cinema tickets.

  • So you have to have an Optus service to qualify? Would a $2 prepaid sim suffice?

    • -1

As long as its optus sim, should be fine. Grab a $2 sim and redeem the movie

I bought a $2 sim last weekend… it's registered on Optus My Account, but I'm not eligible for Optus Movie. :( I've emailed them, hopefully this'll get sorted soon.

        • I also recently bought a $2 sim so I could specifically for this. Could you please let us know the outcome of the eligibility?

        • "If you’ve only just joined Optus, please try again later – it can take up to 7 days for our systems to update."

        • @Augh:

Oops I meant I'd purchased it weekend before last. Its been over 7 days since I've managed to get it registered on my account. :(

        • I believe they caught on to this some time ago. I tried about a year ago and it never worked

        • @coolhand:

I wonder how many recharges we will need to make before it becomes eligible?

        • @grab_ur_freebies:

I emailed, they replied asking for further details, I provided them… nothing from their end.

Tried to register again, this time it went through. :)

Hi whats the maximum age is considered child?

  • +1

Looked up Hoyts website 15 years old.

  • Can you use a child ticket if you have a concession card?

  • Thanks a lot for the good deal. $10 is reasonable for the movies, $18 is way too much for concessions and students. How much is adult again?

    • $10 for adults (it always is), now $5 for child concessions.

      • I mean regular price.

  • Thanks for this OP - great to stock up for the school holidays!
