I still reckon the MS store deal is better at the same price. Forza 5 is a very average game and this bundle does not include an Xbox Live subscription which you will clearly need with these games.
This is a 5 game bundle, the Ms is 4 game bundle and You can't get sunset or halo on the MS Store
They are pretty much the same deal. The 12 month gold replaces Halo or Sunset.
I would go for the MS deal with Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 5 since that's the GOTY disc version.
Also the EB deal charges $10 postage. Add that into the title.
Forza 5 GOTY Is only $27.20 @ jbhifi with voucher where as Halo and sunset are over $50 to buy
With the money you save from having 12 months of gold included, you can then purchase Halo. Sunset Overdrive received mixed reviews and I would rather have Forza Horizon 2 which is just amazing! Just offering an alternative, not everyone likes shooters haha

I got 5 games with my MS bundle. AC Unity, AC Black Flag, Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2 & Zoo Tycoon. Good for me as the console is really for my kids, but I would have like Halo. Sold AC Unity for $55. Bought some other kids games such as Minecraft, Lego Marvel & Rayman Legends. I just need a second controller now and I'm good for Christmas.

7 games? Halo and Sunset aren't listed as downloads (the others are). Have you got info to the contrary?
