I am after a good, reliable and cheap supplier and installer of wooden Paling fence in/around the inner west of Sydney?
Any recommendations please? I tried to get quite from a few contractors but no one bothered to reply - perhaps the job is not big/lucrative enough? Looking at about 40 metres of fencing here.

Had a similar problem getting fencers that were interested. The couple that did show up were only interested in retiring next month with the proceeds of my job :-( … very expensive!
I called a couple of experienced general handymen and got one of those to do it.
Fencing is not a complicated job, it is just one that needs to be done right and most handymen have the skill for it.
He charged a more sensible price and did a very good job. Two neighbours used him later also.
