I was not sure where else to post this but I am so angry with NBS its no longer something I wish to just sort out with them, its something I want people to know about. To cut a long story short I have been contacting NBS to try and at least get a reply to a complaint I have with their products. So far,
- Emailed twice, no reply.
- Facebook email, ignored.
- Wrote on FB wall, they deleted the post.
- FB message the owner, no reply (not surprised at this one though, it was a longshot).
My complaints are that the product is quite difficult to mix and I always get quite a lot of clumps which never use to happen with previous batches. The smell of all 3 flavours I have (Choc mint, choc coconut, choc honeycomb) are all horrible, they smell like chemical with this very hint smell of the supposed flavour. Taste is disgusting, there is no other word for it. I was actually concerned at one stage that the product I had received was expired or something.
I'm quite disappointed because NBS use to be really good, 10/10 good for me. The customer service, taste, smell, price etc were all fantastic. What the hell happened?
Can't believe you were still buying from them. I stopped buying rom them after their were exposed by ausbodybuilding.com to have only 30-40 % protein even though the packs claimed it was 80%.
