No. Schedule packed for next week. Besides I probably don't need "free one-hour introduction to the basics of computer programming" on an iDevice.
Problem for OzBargainers meetup is — they'll probably rock up to Apple store equipped with Nokia Lumia 530, Huawei Ascend or other $50 phones.

Who will be conducting the course? Last time I went to one of these Apple workshops, the staff barely knew more than I (topic was iTunes sync between PC/Mac & iDevice), and what she told me turned out to be wrong.
The staff also forgot about the workshop despite their high-tech iPads and booking system, and was surprised when two of us turned up.
Good point alvian as to who will be conducting the course.
