Secret Santa Gift 19 Year Old, Who Is Partically Blind and Other Handicap Issues

My Sisters Lifestyle and Activity Centre is having the end of year - Secret Santa.
My Sister has Down syndrome and luckly me is tasked to find a suitable gift
for male 19yo with some blindness, likes music [what sort we don't know]. Suggested price range to $5. [we would contribute more in need]

I have not been 19 for some time and do not have a clue as to what type of gift. If was my circle, NSFW would be the go,but not here.

I was thinking of ear plugs the typle to plug into phone, tablets or iapple thingos.

It would be a help if I could have some recommendations. Ps as this is a supported lifestyle centre there is not much spare funds for the users so we would need to cap the costs to $10..

      The I.D comment has been a discussion at home as a posting to L&L and not latch-on shows a diminished capacity for learning and development into the workforse but still live with limited support. Thanks for the direction and the thought openings - I have a box of cassetts of one series SF/Fan. Next year will discuss this as donation to centre as libary/quite/fill-in time use.

    What about the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' Soundtrack? Popular movie, popular soundtrack, right age-bracket. Might be a bit more than $5 but maybe you can find it cheap on ebay or something.

    Also, I would recommend that you don't get something that is related to their disability. They would be reminded that they have a disability every day of their life… I am sure they would rather get something fun for Christmas that took their mind off it for a while!

    We would all like something that take things off our minds , whilst he seems to be like my sister - my reality ,my now' and whats up, I am me, You got to love me [apologies to baby dinosaurs] - he does not have A sense of Humour
    Guardians now will be an addition to the end gift as it will be a little more than my time as mentioned by Edearwig.
