FYI I believe JB Hi Fi are no longer offering the 20% off voucher to new accounts. I tried to sign up yesterday and didn't get the email with the voucher, I enquired with customer service and they said they are no longer offering vouchers to new accounts. When I pointed out the website showing it they just said they were asking the web team to get that changed.
I think this is the case too, it must be as of 1st December? My mother never got hers after signing up on Monday, then I didn't get one on the Tuesday. But just going in with the printed off picture of the voucher worked.
