My modem is faulty so Belkin send me 2 modem router, one new correct model and one wrong model and they asked me to send the wrong model and my faulty items back to them thru reply paid.
The new correct model is faulty as well because not able to connect to internet. So i send them all(my original faulty modem, the new not working modem and the wrong model) to their reply paid address. Belkin haven't received the boxes which I have sent and they want to charge me 600+ thru my credit card from their account.
Finally with the help of someone in aust post, he helped me to prove i have dropped the reply paid boxes from their office by checking the security camera. So now belkin wont charged me but they said because the boxes is missing, they wont send me a replacement. He also said the new model i haven't check with their technical support so i send them back without their approval, but as u can see even if i got their approval, they will still reject me because they can say they haven;t received it.
I follow their instruction send them back all to the reply paid address and aust post proved I did send the boxes, i wonder if belkin actually have received the boxes but their people haven't updated their systems.
Any advise what I can do? i have submit a form to aust post for the missing parcels but i dont think it will help.
That is extraordinary if you managed to convince someone in an Australia Post outlet to go through security footage (presumably days or weeks old) to show you physically posting an item. Any time I have ever had a query about a missing item they give me a phone number and advise there is nothing they can do.
