ALL Nespresso Club orders receive free delivery up until 31 December 2014. Even if you just order 5 sleeves (minimum order), free delivery!

For those wanting to order in bulk, for every lot of 40 capsules ordered over 90, get 1 sleeve free:

90 capsules + 1 sleeve free
130 capsules + 2 sleeves free
170 capsules + 3 sleeves free
210 capsules + 4 sleeves free
250 capsules + 5 sleeves free

It seems like everyone qualifies for this offer, but some may not be able to get more than 1 or 2 free sleeves depending on your usual ordering habits. eg. If you usually order around 100 capsules then you will qualify for 1 free but not the 5 free offer. I have been told different information by 2 different customer service members so it's best to call up to see how many free sleeves you qualify for.

Place orders via phone on 1800 623 033. This offer might work online (it didn't for me, but seems to have for others).

    Edit: Nevermind, it didn't work until I logged in first, then added 9 sleeves.
    Seems to only work up to 130 capsules for me (2 sleeves free).

    About flipping time they gave us SOMETHING!

    10% is the least they can do.

    I find their coffee is the best, but that massive marketing-machine of wank costs us all a packet!

    Been using my Aldi machine instead, in protest, for ~9mths. Even with their decent coffee & much better pricing, they still do bulk deals.

      They've had very similar promotions over the past 12 months. Checking my inbox they ran it in November, mid year as well as last Christmas (I didn't go further back).

      It would be nice though if there were more bulk buy discounts (or have it as an every day promotion).

        I get the fancy brochure/flyer of new coffee every 6-12mths.

        I got a call yesterday, from nespresso club… first ever. Asking how it's all going.

        I told them simply that I've shelved the unit, best coffee but overpriced… which makes me buy aldi instead.

        She asked if she could note the feedback, but no mention of specials.

          Interesting they do callouts. Can't say I've had one. Not that I want one either.

          Anyway, you're right they are expensive compared to the competition. Still really like my machine and ultimately the pod cost doesn't bother me much, but there definitely are cheaper options out there.

          Probably a bit of a besides the point here, but their support was also first class when I had to have my machine serviced. All shipping was covered door to door both ways and they sent a loan machine for the period mine was getting serviced (with the box they put it in being the one you use to send yours back to them). Also came with a dozen or so extra pods which was nice. They might cost a bit, but I haven't been able to fault the service.

    I tried to added 150 capsules into cart and went to checkout but I don't see any FREE sleeve was included only free shipping.

    Maybe I'm not the lucky one.

      Try add 130 capsules into cart…. I found two FREE sleeve were added automatically…. You can't choose the free ones. It's 10 Dharkan +10 Fortissio Lungo for me….

    Yeh you should be able to order online but I found phone easier.

    I just ordered and was told the following:

    9 + 1 free
    13 + 2 free
    22 + 3 free
    26 + 4 free
    35 + 5 free

    in my online portal it only gives me the 13+2 and 22+3.

    so it might be different for different people, not sure

    Based on the price, delivery should ALWAYS be free.

      Not online or over the phone but in-store you get to pick from 5. The funny thing is, in-store they told me the following:

      15 + 2 free
      27 + 3 free

      and the lady that was serving me, double checked an email that got sent to stores after I said it was different online, and still said that that was the offer.

    If you drink it black and not pollute it with moo juice, then they are the best, just too dam expensive, still tastes vary, The machines appreciate them also, compressor struggles with clones, 16 sleeves will get me 2 sleeves free.

    If you don't specifically get the email it seems they are checking your previous order size and basing the threshold for free sleeves on that.

    Totally disappointed with the site, nothing works properly, such a large company cannot setup a decent website.
