Not Again: A COLES "Food Quality" ISSUE (Frozen Food - with NO Cover/Seal - is exposed to "rough-paper" layer inside its box)

So, we've begun to buy some frozen foods - meals or (better value) family sized main courses.

All (before today) came with a seal - of plastic, aluminum or a foil-covered lid (eg, disk or rectangular), ie, BETWEEN the "rough-paper" inside-layer of its glossy box AND food in the plastic or aluminum dish it comes in.

However, our most recent purchase of a 2 KG frozen "Beef Lasagme" under the "On the Menu" label (costing ~$9.50, from memory) had NO SEAL of any kind.

Thus, if something (eg, smaller or heavier) were set atop the box, the box's "rough paper" inside layer would be able to touch the food inside.

I doubt that such "rough paper" is of "food quality" in cleanliness. That's why even frozen-food makers use a sealing lid between the box's rough paper & the food.

It might well ahve been just a few boxes, eg, after the maker "ran out" of proper seals… But it's hardly a good look.

Who needs to hear about this, ie, to keep Coles and/or the frozen-food maker "on their toes" about such lapses?

So how is that "Not Again" ?
    It is the FIRST time.

The label "On The Menu" is made by Vesco and is sold in Woolworth's as well.

Both Coles and WW have a take it back if not happy refund policy.
