Monitor recommendation (20-24 inches)

Looking for monitor recommendation for office related work (8hrs/day), no gaming requirement.
Just a decent reliable not too fancy one would do. Screen Size anything around 20-24 inches.
Plan to attach it to my lenovo thinkpad, so what else I would need to buy with this monitor?
Appreciate your inputs and please share any current bargains.

I just quickly looked at MSY and seems the 23'' are around $150-$200 mark and
21" are like $130-$150. So I guess based on this I would like to limit my budget to max $175.

Wondering if 21'' will be bit smaller for the work I am after?

So based on above budget, appreciate you guys can recommend me any specific 21'' and 23'' monitor from the above list.
