  I've been there about a year ago when I lived in the area and it actually wasn't to bad. Sounds like a reasonable deal.

  The title says "Forest Hill VIC (Opposite ALDI)" yet the post says "240 Swanston St, Melbourne VIC 3000".
  Those two addresses are 20+km apart, which one is correct?
