I was ringing around stores today to see if anyone would sell FIFA10 early (street date is October 1st), but usually if one store breaks the release date, everyone else starts selling it.
Anyway, I rang GAME and they said that if you put down a $20 deposit for a preorder of FIFA10, they will give you a FREE copy of FIFA STREET 3. The price of the game is $89 leaving a balance of $69 after you pay the $20.

FIFA10 on Wii is arcadey, cartoony, over-the-top with gimmicky power-ups, etc not to mention the graphics are a lot worse. But if that's what you are after in a football game, then each to their own. FIFA10 on PS3 and 360 is more realistic.
