    If you don't need it, don't buy it, as price generally trending down rapidly. When you do need it, you are most likely could get the 256G version for the same price.

    Think about that Gb/dollar ratio. Think about how small it is, and how many things you could store on it. This guy, telling you not to buy it, he probably just wants them all for himself.
