Yes definitely fake. The registrant also registered other domains (fatsilc.com.au, cefrank.com.au, rentmonkey.com.au, etc) — all using different stolen ABN. Similar to what A3Australia has discussed here.

dont search for "cheap ralph lauren polos" or similar as you will just get scam sites and if you are not sure about it you will be stung. If you are after a cheap Polo go to the closest outlet store and get them there, they are half price.
