Xbox One Assassin's Creed Black Flag + Unity Download Question

Just got this today and both codes are one a single card.

Question:

Are there TWO separate code, one for each game? Or is it a single code for two games?

Reason being is that I already have Black Flag and want to flog it. If the two games are on the single code, then I clearly can't.
