It says on the web site that the product qualifies for free shipping, yet It costs $16.50

There is also no size guide, not all mediums are made the same.

  The sizes are all standard Australian sizes. They would be very similar in sizing to a Medium shirt you would go into Myer and buy

    Even so you should have a size chart that you stand behind on the product page.
    
    You only have to do it once if all your garments are similarly sized.
