      It is a long wait for me too. I don't understand why can't they just put separated gta v and ps4 together and make it a "bundle"(my guess is that the ps4 gta v bundle actually have a unique package).

        Just an update for you guys from online chat just then. For people like me who haven't got their stock :) Looks like good news for now… but don't get your hopes up too much haha!

        "Okay, I'd like to apologise in advance for the delay with your order. The Head Office oversold the stock for the bundle, which depleted the stock very quickly. Yesterday, the stores were advised with a solution, so the store is currently in the process of preparing your order. I would need to call the store for an update, but given the time at the moment, I am unable to do so.

        So the products were shipped to us as pre-packaged bundles, as well as the individual products themselves. Since the stock of the bundles depleted, we were left with the individual items, which we were unable to supply as bundles due to Sony's policies. As a result of this, the Head Office had to compensate stores for their loss, so they could use the individual stock to complete the remaining orders."

        Further Update:
        I sent Interceptor's statement to Livechat, who contacted my local store.
        They said that they have received the email and will now be bundling the items separately.
        I organised to come in tomorrow, so hopefully no troubles :)

        @ritty: won't get my hope up if it was me mate. consider their well known bad history, I say you might get to pick up around Monday.(side note, It took me 3 live chat to change my delivery order to pick up order and still no any email is send to me regard the change, classic "HarveyNorman")

  I picked up mine last night after receiving a call from HN around 6.30pm. No email, just a phone call. They bundled the items separately. Tired from staying up late. ;) You guys should get yours soon. I was one of 7 people who back-ordered at my store.

    well a little update, just called Auburn store, the guy just keep saying this product has been cancelled, they cannot bundle separately and he will call back next to see if they can stock(I highly doubt they will call back). Not sure what to do now.

    @ginga0120 - I bought my bundle from Auburn store….one word for in store experience H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E
    I have mentioned it in this discussion in a long post…..Also it took me 1 hour to get the bundle…though i picked up the day the offer went live…..The person incharge I remember called 'Deep'is the one you need to deal with.

    My suggestion:
    Walk in store , ask them if they have PS4….most probable answer YES.
    Ask them if they have GTA 5….most probable answer YES.

    Then declare who you are & and ask them to give it to you….sorry to put it this way, but be a leech to suck out from these HN Auburn guys…….they will budge , be persistent……
    Hope you have not received your refund if it was online order….if in store refuse refund !

      Well that is my plan for today morning as I ask my mate to drive me to HN auburn and have some "face to face" conversation with them(I never and can't speak english well on phone, for some reason).

      If they still refuse to give my beautiful ps4 and gta 5, maybe that is the time for a refund request.

      Thanks for the tips anuryry, I will try my best to give them some push today
