Things is one of the best GTD (Getting Things Done) applications. It is a delightful task manager that's easy to use, yet has all the power when you need it. Projects, tags, repeating tasks - all at your fingertips. And no matter what device you're on, Things Cloud keeps your to-dos updated across them all - automatically.

I use GoTasks and it is such a terrible app.
Why do you use it then? Lol
Does the job perfectly for me.
Still waiting to hear anyone describe what makes this thing worth $10 or $20.
Can someone explain what GTD is in the description perhaps?
Getting Things Done, which refers to a productivity methodology.
Under the tick - go to deal
explain what GTD is in the description
Genetically Transmitted Disease
which I hope you don't have any. don't want to go too deep with that;)
so its not a sex toy
GTD = Got to do?
Top of the list; your mother.
aha. ahaha. ahahaha
I'll get my coat.
It means get things done
Get The Damn…. app for free
I used to use this app (version 1) 2008, but the developer stopped working on this app for a long time and a lot of apps appeared on the market.
http://mac.appstorm.net/reviews/productivity-review/things-2…Do.com (web/app) task manager was my favourite but do.com was closed down and now I use Asana (web/app). Asana is free and you can collaborate on tasks with others. I use it for work mainly.
I downloaded it only because so much saving that I made. almost $20 man
Thanks for the insight. I'm also wondering what people would pay $10 or $20 for.
To others, note that the ios and ipad apps are free but you still have to pay for the desktop app.I'm currently using wunderlist - free and there's a web interface as well.
What does this do reminders doesn't?
I'm in love with Swipes - due to the easiness of setting the reminder times (with rotary dials and preset settings like "Tomorrow morning", "Next Week", etc)
But since this is currently on free, I'd just be a cheapskate - download first and then remove. At least I know I can re-download it in the future if I ever want to use Things
Wish there's a sale on omnifocus, I don't like using "Things"
I use GoTasks (free) to manage and sync my Google task lists across all my devices. And it obviously lets you also manage them in a web interface from your laptop or desktop via Gmail.
Not sure why this is so much better or why it would be worth almost $10 or $20 normally.
