I assume you want to use a SIM at a time, with the same number for each subsequent SIM.
You can't port Telstra to Telstra, but you can port out to another Telco's free/$2 SIM & back to Telstra. That keeps your number.

If there still is a limit its not enforced by Telstra. I have more than 5 numbers on my account at the moment.
AFAIK there is not a limit however you must by law declare whether you currently have 5 or more services active. Which is about as dopey as insisting that criminals give you a friendly holler to let you know the street they'll be driving a stolen car down ;)
I also get on 24/7 chat periodically and have them cancel and remove the numbers

They do expire. There is an expiry date written at the back of each pack. The last batch I bought (about 1 year ago) will expire on June 2015.
The 2 SIM limit appears to only apply to the Pink Multi fit SIM. There doesn't appear to be a limit on the number of Orange Starter Parks can be ordered in one transaction.

yes, can buy anything on google play, but i think it is a $30 limit (so cant purchase hardware)

Full size sim, you can ask to swap sims at T-store but I would just ask if they have a cutting tool, takes about 3 seconds.

That's what I was told too. The salesperson was happy to order some for me but when they checked their POS system it was listed as a clearance item and could not be reordered. There will be many cancellations unfortunately.

I got a call from Harvey Norman to say they were out of micro sims which I orderd 8 of and that they were sorry that they don't know why the system allowed the order to go through and that they had 3 packs of the new fit all packs they would give me for $8 each. The other 16 packs of normal packs I orderd are ready for pick up :)
I went to O'Connor WA yesterday and got the multi fit sim for the same price ($8) and the expiry date was Dec 2015

That date is fixed and the value becomes zero after that date :)
so just use them month by month till then- or resell if they will expire beforehand.
Tel stra's emulating voda fone did not extend to nonexpiring-starter packs. however, it did remember to cut a few days off the end of most months ;)

Got my pickup ready confirmation on my first order then a cancellation and refund for the second, half lucky.
Also I tried to buy a Humble Bundle with Google play credits from the $20 for $14 deal and was only given the option of a credit card. I went to check my credit balance and it specifically stated under my balance that Google credits can only be used to purchase from the Google play store!!! Heads up.

Just picked up mine from HN City Cross SA, both of mine expires April 2015. I guess that must be the reasoning for the low price.
Well it's old stock that would be harder to sell. I bought these Starter Packs for $10 with later expiry than that date end of last year from Australia Post & price matched at OW.

I checked out a guest (so i cant track online) and only got a confirmation email and no more update since 20/11/2014.After calling support, found out that they're out of stock. So I asked for a refund instead.

Disappointed, but not very surprised. I did find it odd that they had "stock" for so long.
Like many here I ordered, was charged, received order confirmation and been waiting ever since for confirmation to pickup from a local store. IMHO, if they have no stock, they should not be selling and taking money and certainly not keeping it and customers waiting to see whether/when they may (or not) pickup/receive the goods. Bad Harvey.

Certain Hardly Normal screwed it up, but OP did find a good deal for those who got it.
I think the reason is valid. You (and everybody else including deal posters) have to realise that negs are meant for the deal and they should not take it personally.
Well in this case, some did get their orders fulfilled. And I think when voting, everyone should remember that this was a darn good deal & that's what your casting your vote for……not how good/bad the HN service is.

Yes but not everyone got it although they were still allowed to order. I hope you can see having your money taken then not being told you won't be getting anything AND not getting a refund straight away is pretty neg worthy.
