Quick thought looking at it - apart from the obvious (price) any reason you wouldn't want to upgrade to a higher res monitor? the GTX970 would run most games with good detail.
Also, keyboard/mouse combo - might want to find a more suitable gaming setup. All personal preference of course, but the accuracy/flexibility you get with just $50/60 more is worth it.
