Just got a few from my local store. Very surprised that the mangoes were not many were under ripe, but there were a few that were damaged. The rest were pretty good, especially for $1.
How big are they ?

Qvm selling large sized (16- 18 per box, ie:450gr each, not the tiny nèw trays) for $1 each. Buy a box and knock a few extra bucks as well

Bought a tray of a dozen, large Kensington mangoes for $10 at indooroopilly shopping centre fruit shop. 1 was not editable. The one I ate was excellent.
Finally checked them out on the weekend (maybe a bit too late). What are with shoppers these days?
@ Hurstville they were decent sized but rather than giving the mangoes a "gentle squeeze" people had decided to squeeze them hard enough so they felt mushy.
@ Canterbury - firm, but not that large and not ripe yet (probably good in a couple of days).
