GTA5 Pre-Order Bonuses? (PS4)

Hi Guys,

I pre-ordered GTA5 on ps4 from DickSmith back in september and it's just arrived, about to pop it in the ps4.

I remember hearing that pre-orders would get 1mil credits or something for GTA5 online, anybody know how this is redeemed? I was expecting something in or on the packaging to be honest but I can't see anything…
