I don't mind the country of origin only thing matter is the QUALITY
EVERY cosmetic that is manufactured in China is tested on animals.
As is ALL makeup available at a supermarket.
One of the ONLY big name brands that doesn't test on animals is Revlon. So if you want to buy big-name branded makeup for your wife, please consider Revlon.
There are many other brands that are cruelty-free, but when in doubt, stick to Revlon.

Reasonable quality, stick to the nail polishes if you're unsure. But prepare for a long wait…I ordered over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order!
I bought mainly polishes, but also a couple of eyeshadow palettes. Will report back with pigmentation quality once it finally arrives.
