Not the size and speed for myself, so I did not get one.
Target review is good - in term of value.

Think someone may want an entry level computer for kid. Hope this help.
Netbook form factors are largely unpopular because of the small screen/keyboard, low performance (particularly CPU and disk IO), and they seem to be largely redundant in an age where tablets are all 10.1 inches and are much easier to carry and have far better battery life. The AMD A4 processor is also outdated and fairly underpowered compared to current generation Bay Trail M Soc's.
HP just released a new series of budget fanless and diskless (uses eMMC flash storage like a Chromebook) Windows laptops called the Stream 11, 13 and 14 plus a whole bunch of other cheap tablets in the 7" and 8" range.
The RRP on the 11.6 inch model is just $200 USD which is piss cheap considering it is a new model.
