This Revlon one is also awesome value. And I love these products! the full price for each of those is $18, which would be $10.80 each at 40% off, which is $54 value if bought seperately. When the discount comes off the pack it's only $18 for 5!!!

What Jlove said, Chemist Warehouse usually has a bi-yearly 50% sale on Rimmel, Maybelline and Revlon so if you can, I'd just wait that out.

Generally L'Oreal is meant to have the best (drugstore) mascaras.
OPI: very popular, salon quality nail polish - $6
Essence: SUPER cheap stuff and always a bargain, eyeshadows.
Revlon: lip products and ColorStay Liquid Foundation
Rimmel: lipliners, eyeliners (pencils)Essence lipliner pencils are great for the price too :D
