I had over 70 spins still nothing. You just need to save them up for a good prize and those from referrals help as well :)
Seems they stopped puting up ipad minis.So the best prizes right now are $60 worth of giftcards or apple tvs boxes.
It's just luck, I think it doesn't depend on the number of spins.

You only get spins if a new player joins and has to be a different device because othwise it would just recognise and they don't want to you get free spins for just clicking the same link on the same device.

Mods: Any plans to implement referral functionality for competitions? As this competition is going to run for a year many can benefit from referrals.
I am sure it's something scotty could do but I don't think it would have much use? Apart from this competition, the other comps with referral links are short term things.
So perhaps I could make a Wiki if that would be useful? I can put everyone's ref links in the Wiki in order then put that in the comp post description.
IMO that wouldn't really help much as the new users can't add their links to the wiki themselves. I agree that there may not be many similar competitions which gives you extra entries for referrals.Just mentioned it so that you guys will give it a thought and decide whether to implement it or now.

Yeah whilst there are regular competitions with bonus entries for referrals, it would never be possible to add that particular competition into the referral system as it would end in a month or two and then never be used again, this is unique because it's a competition without an end.
I'll at least ask the question and see if it's possible/feasible to do for this comp.

Good news, Scotty was able to implement the Nova Play2Win into the referral system. See here
It doesn't below the competition post yet, but that should be added in the morning as requires some new code, for now it just displays in the store block.
Feel free to add your referral codes now, go to: My account > Settings > Referrals > Nova FM then enter your code there (just the code, not the full url).
For example WestSide's full referral link is http://wsn.cldapi.com/download/XdaKLeeYlXu3d1BznlYR so they would just enter XdaKLeeYlXu3d1BznlYR into the referral system.
Let me know if any problems, I'll make the necessary adjustments to the OP once Scotty finalises code.
