There are 4 grammatical errors on the first page alone.

    • There are just too many things to accomplish, and they do not always have the time to do squeeze all these activities…

    • It is possible and surprising achievable to bounce out of bed…

    • I'm excited to share this book with you as many of the tips are astonishing simply…

    • Others such as routines and exercises the results will be gradual…

How can anyone be expected to take the book seriously?

Also OP, if you're a rep, please tag yourself as such. The name of the first reviewer seems very similar to yours.

Why neg this comment? 4 grammar errors on the 1st page definitely damages the credibility of the book.

Yes, but we're discussing a published book, not a tweet or a blog post. You'd expect some level of editorial quality…

I think they were lacking sleep when they wrote this eBook ;-)
"Productivity" may increase, but accuracy may suffer.
      Besides, I like my sleep.

These days with the Kindle and it's cheap distribution on books. Any lunatic can write something with hardly any research and release it on the eStore.

The reason this wasn't so rampant back in the paper book days is that people couldn't be bothered publishing crap and paying an F load of money to print it, distribute it and provide it to the book stores.

Now with the easy distribution method, Amazon is full of garbage

I recently read this book about "Essential Guide" to Lumber Spine Disc. After 2 days of reading I closed the book and gained zero insight. In fact it almost damaged my 3 discs that I had as it recommended an exercise my Chiro advised me not to ever attempt. that is, lying on your back straight, palms on the lower back and raising your 2 legs up vertical until your body is 90 degrees.

    • It's not surprising that the 'Essential Guide' was no help to you. 38% of all facts in and about health related books are made up on the spot.

Isn't the solution as simple as:

    Don't stress
    Have a balance diet
    Exercise
    No electronics before bed time
Don't think too much whilst in bed

With such advice - why not publish a booklet!!

You can then post here and get hundreds of votes if it's FREE

Also, make sure when you post your stupid book, you come to Ozbargain and discreetly market it as a reader, not the author.

      • Lol! studies have shown…

Seriously, only you know what to do to get a better sleep, as a borderline gen X/gen-Yer I torn between my youth and by responsibility. I'll sleep when I'm dead :p

  • Im actually getting over these "life hacks" books.
They're basically stupid tips from a single person's point of view on how to do something better or more efficient.

Alright - I can say: go to bed 7pm with a glass of hot milk. Someone else may take that, have diarrhea and wake up at 6am disoriented.

As Skywards said, it's common sense.
Balanced diet, reduce stress, exercise and make sure you go to bed with a clean slate of mine..i.e not Facebookig or reading CrimeLibray

  • Less sleep and more productive?

Too much or too little sleep is not good for your..

The recommended is about 7 to 8 hrs..

How can u get less than that and still feel less tired, more focused….

    They must be advocating vampirism

  • +3

As a father of two toddlers, I can say that sleeping less does not make you feel less tired. That's a load of horse shit.
