Hi guys,
I received my iPhone 6 plus from Telstra about a month ago and I'm noticing my phone restarting itself during the call. So during the call the screen becomes white, apple logo appears and during this I can't hear the conversation from other side. Person talking on the other side also says that they lost me for few seconds. In about 10 seconds the screen becomes normal and call resumes. This has happened few times and I'm making notes of when it happenes. All Telstra could do was to reset the network settings but that doesn't work. Has anyone had similar issue? Can you please shed some light if you have any experience with this? I had similar issues with my iPhone 5 before upgrading to iPhone 6. I noticed this happening since iOS8. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks for reading. Have a great day guys.
Go to Apple and get a replacement?
Have you tried resetting the phone to factory default?
