Please note, it appears those reviews are for the Illuma kettle. This is the Illuma2, the next version which has only been on the market since late August 2009.
Seems fairly obvious why someone complained about the first version being hard to pour, but it appears they've corrected the lip on the Illuma2 and there are clearly other differences.
Since the reviews relate to a different model, the negative vote has been revoked.

@Horizon: Sure is - click on the votes page and you'll see this icon, which allows you to revoke your vote (if not already done so).
You can only revoke/reset the vote you first made - you cannot vote the other way.
looks pretty awesome however i don't think very useful. Novelty item though i wouldn't neg it
