Well it depends on your pipework, your drainage slope and the space you're going to put it.
You'll need to waterproof the gyprok prior to tiling — so that cost will depend on area of the room.

Other than that, you're best sourcing the tiles and fixtures yourself to save a little bit of money. Masters and Bunnings have some really decent value porcelain and ceramic tiles. You can also pick up a toilet — steer away from concealed cisterns, because they tend to be more costly to purchase and install.

You won't want to skimp on your tiler — because you want to make sure that they're all tabled, set and grouted right. Nobody likes drummy tiles. And they're very costly to remedy.

Cabinetry is up to you — but if you're looking to go thrity, I'd probably just recommend a small laminate countertop for your wall mounted sink.

Finally, you're best going to a few dollar shops, or the "thrifty" stores to see if you can pick up a mirror. You can get the mirror framed for a cheap, classy looking finish. Finding "custom fit" mirrors will be very expensive and frankly a pain in your butt.

    Best of luck!
