I was going through some things and I have accumulated some gifts and borrowed items that I was given to people who were previously friends with me.
I actually don't know what to do with them.
It would be rude to sell it, a waste to throw away, I'd give it back, but I don't really want to see them…
What would you do with these things?
PS. For eg, items like; jewelry, soft toys, books, camera etc.

These can be kept, sold, donated or discarded.
If you're not friends with them anymore, why would they care and how would they know you've sold or gotten rid of the stuff?

Mail back borrowed items, keep the ones given to you that you still use, sell the ones you don't.
Drive by their house and dump it all out the window on their front lawn, scattered all over. Stuff they gave you that you don't want, either sell or dump it too to show you really don't like them.

Sell on Ebay, make money not enemy. It's more rude to return or even let them know you disposed of them. Like throwing pie in someone's face. If you have been a parent or become one, you will gift to someone else's child an unwanted gift that your child already has, people 'gift' away presents all the time. Just make sure that the other parent isn't at the same party in case the child opens the gift in public! Never throw good things away, the charities need them. On Ebay, people are forever selling 'unwanted gifts', nothing wrong with that since you can never know whether what you buy is what the person wants. Your 'trash' so to speak is someone else's treasure.
