Very odd. Maybe it is targeted or the website is a bit borked then? I've tried a few different sessions and logging in and out. My account is non-VIP and currently has 1500 points in it so maybe they'd rather I used points? The only other accounts I have to check with are my parents which are both Seniors Club so not much use (I did check). Do you have VIP status?
