For those who are wondering the CPU is Cedar trail (November 2011 released) and it is noticeably slower (about half the performance of the latest Bay Trail M Atom Z3735F series. It's also pretty heavy at 816 grams (roughly the same as a Surface Pro 2)
As a query, what stops a user from disabling (ala Blackviper) all of the shite that the OEM/MS want to have loaded/running? Tweak performance settings, etc??

Clean reinstall Windows using a clean ISO. It's the most effective way to get rid of all bloat.

I'd consider it, for about half this price? and free shipping… I'm not saying it's not already a good price but there appear to be better (newer) options out there for this price range. Maybe if you really want windows 7 and 3g then this might be good.
Seems to be a really old model with sub par performance.
