Brazil Fazenda Saõ Silvestre Pulped Natural

All this effort produces a pretty special coffee, with a real nutty flavour and a fantastically smooth finish. Fantastic brewed in a cafetiere or filter, but even a touch better as an espresso. The natural sweetness makes it great for espresso macchiato, but it will work as a flat white or latte for those who don’t like the strength of an espresso. The chocolate flavours in the cup are complimented with vanilla overtones which makes this coffee especially tasty when drunk black, but with a full body that will hold a splash of milk well. Stocks of this coffee are limited, so order yours soon!

  • Hi Rep,

Really loved the 'Guatemala Plan Del Guayabo – Pacamara Fully Washed'I got from you last time. Any chance either of these is similar or can you work it into a deal?

    Thanks!

    • Hi Oopma,

This Guatemalan coffee has quite a unique profile and in general the acidities are often more apple-ish and malic in Guatemalans with a smooth, sugar-browning sweetness that is sometimes soft like chocolate or buttery like flaky pastry crust. "Balance" is a word that often comes up when describing these coffees.

Certainly a different profile to these coffees and I mainly use this particular Guat in my Intenso blend. Could be a few weeks away before I can offer this in a deal but I'll keep it in mind.

I was planning to run a slightly more expensive deal in a few days at $69.95 for 2 much more expensive coffees, an El Salvador Washed and a Guatemala Finca Santa Clara. This is a really great coffee with some similarities but in my opinion performs a bit better in the cup.

      • Thanks for the reply!

I'll wait a few more days then :)

  • I am still trying to see what I like, is it possible to do the 4 pack offers again? BTW, last time I ordered and I also put the sample in my cart and part of my order.. it wasn't included upon arrival.

    • Hi,

Apologies but as per the information on the Free sample page of our website they are not available for these Ozbargain Deals and not to be added to any other order.

If they are added to an Ozbargain deal then they knock it through into the next shipping threshold and make shipping more expensive and the deals less viable.

Also they are predominantly for first time customers to have a chance to try some coffee before they commit to a purchase and are limited to 1 per houshold.

Happy to include additional valved resealable bags at $1 each if you want to break down the current 2 x 980 deal otherwise I'm unsure at this stage exactly when the next 4x480g deal will be available. Maybe in a few weeks.

      • Ah sorry, must have missed the information then.

        Thanks for the reply.
