About a month ago I tried selling a iPhone 6 on eBay for best offer and a buyer did not complete payment after hitting the buy button. Also with no response with messages.
At the end of the month I was charged by ebay fees from paypal resulting in my account balance of -$148.50. my bank account shows a statement of $148.50 but my paypal account still shows
-$148.50 in red, why is this?
I have contacted ebay and a refund should be offered soon since the buyer has not contact me. I just wanted to know why my paypal is still negative?
You have to cancel transaction with the buyer or file a non paying buyer dispute in order to not get charged ebay fees. Since you didnt do anything about it, you get charged like if it a cash on pick up transaction.
