I've personally bought from the DFO before and everything has been in as new condition.
How would you compare it to IPS though?
I don't have a similar IPS display to compare it to, so I'd say that the colours probably aren't quite as good. As far as viewing angles go, the colours tend to get a bit dark at about a 130 degree angle.

Will my HDMI (male) to DVI cable work?
I see no reason why not. No audio though.

but it did not work with my TV that had DVI input (no HDMI). I hope this cable will work with the monitor. :s

Mine arrived today, works with my DVI-D to hdmi cable. Monitor looks new and came with POWER, DVI and VGA cables + CD. Performance of monitor is very good and happy with purchase. Thanks OP
Bought two of these in New condition earlier in the year for my machine, they're pretty good considering that they're only TN panels. Far better viewing angles compared to most other TN panels I've dealt with.
