Questions Regarding Priority Pass?

hi guys (and girls),

like many of you here, i got my citi signature card a while ago and the priority pass. my friend got the wespac black card and the priority pass too.

both of us are entitled to 2 complimentary(free) visits to the lounge every year.

however, can anyone confirm if they receive some kind of "paper coupons for the 2 free visits" or only the plastic PP card? i somehow remembered i got 2 paper coupons with the pp card, but now after a few months i can not find the coupon. meanwhile my friend only received the plastic PP card in the letter, not any "paper coupon".

so please let me know I AM WRONG and the only thing we need for the 2 entries is the plastic Priority Pass card.

    I received only the PP card with the citi card. Used it at MEL and Los angeles with no issues. They swipe the card and all done. You may be thinking of the qantas passes that are sent out with some kinds of credit cards. I got 2 qantas lounge passes with my ANZ black card.

    Now is it calender year 1st to the 31st or when you last used the thing?
