Xbox 360 Refund from JBHIFI with Receipts + Plastics + Box Purchased 11 Months Ago ?

Hi everyone,

my xbox 360 is starting to make noise and real heat while playing online.
I still have everything (even the two games that were with the xbox pack still sealed!) + receipts + cartons + plastics.
I would like to know if you think I can get a refund or a total value voucher to buy for example the new xbox one at JB HIFI?
Great condition, not even scratch, same for controller.

I don't want to get the xbox 360 send to repair etc etc I just want to get the new one otherwise I will sell it on gumtree.

    Nope. If there is a fault they will repair or replace. Not give you total refund.

      If you contact Microsoft they will replace it for you with a refurbished Xbox which look like new.

    maybe sell it as is, needing repair, might be quicker and cheaper (if some1 wants to repair themselves)….
