Worked for me I logged into my account on the PC and said it redeemed.
Just went through the process on the xbox live account (AU), that I signed up for with my x360 all those years ago and it worked for me.
The code said redeemed, but not 100% certain it is available in the account. I went to try to customize my avatar but im on osx and its telling me to install microsoft silverlight which i don't want to do
It definitely works. I managed to customise it online and was there in my outfit list.
I can't seem to find out, where did you find it exactly? :)
EDIT: nevermind I found it haha; first choice under My Style > Dress Up.
odesn't the xbox version have some problems where you can't use a code to download it? anyone else give this problem?

For those having issues redeeming the code, Xbox.com seems a bit flakey so just keep trying and it should go through eventually. It took me a few attempts to get it to work.
Im guessing this is only for XBone right?
