Wireless speaker for iPod <= $50

Hi all,

I'm on the hunt for a wireless speaker/dock (thinking bluetooth or airplay if possible) for my little sister for Xmas, she's got a iPod touch 4gen.

I don't mind if it needs to be plugged in but wireless feature of some sort would be ideal.

Although I know you can spend a lot on wireless docks but it may be better to buy a standalone speaker system (i.e 2.1) for better quality audio and just use a AUX cable.

She currently uses her TV via an RCA cable to get louder audio.. that's pretty shit.

If you want something with a bit more punch and more battery life (8 hours) try Philips SBT30

Phillips looks like a very good option. Cheaper than Kogan too.

Some Kmarts are selling their home-branded bluetooth speakers (blue, about same size as the small Voss bottle) for $6.
Good luck finding it though.

If you're lucky you can get the older version of the UE mini boombox for about $50.
I paid $47.50 at officeworks after they price matched a myer deal.
Really impressed with it, goes really loud, is small and battery is a least 10 hours.
Great little speaker but I wouldn't pay $100 for the new version.
